Give them a chance! This is a 100% honest review from an Aussie tourist 2025. The team formulating this business is absolutely, AMAZING! You can tell that every team member from the store front ushers, all the way through to the chef's and live bands, that these people are here to deliver the best food/atmosphere experience that can possibly be mustered. They're only newly opened a few months before Oct 25 when I visited, but we need to support them. Very few businesses these days will elicit the equivalent service from 1st world countries. Ok, a bit of constructive criticism. Some dishes needed minor perfecting (not my cashew chicken) and the group felt the band should stick to songs the female vocalist felt more comfortable with. Songs that weren't traditional white pop songs from the 90's. I wish you all the best of luck for your business. Your effort showed your already felt potential greatness. Keep doing what your doing everyone. As success is a measure of effort and passion, you can't lose.

We took a chance on this place. Delicious food, beautiful beach vibes for a fraction of prices compared elsewhere. Service was excellent. Would recommend!

What a wonderful restaurant with incredible food to suit all tastes. Super friendly and helpful staff and amazing prices in a fantastic location...if you are in sanur you simply must go here for lunch or dinner or even just a drink. You will return I promise you!

The best nasi goreng i’ve ever tried! This beachside restaurant has a calm ambiance, good food, the team so kind & helpful. I think it’s the perfect place for family gathering or event gathering

Been here several times, and the food didn't fail me even once, The cheese cake was soft and savoury from the cheese, and the ice cream balances it with the sweetness. The vibe was excellent especially when it's wednesday and friday night live music, Service was exceptional, Food came quick, You should give it a try !

This is a great find. Not far from Mercury Resort. Excellent local and Western meals. Great Cocktails at reasonable prices. Deserts are Devine. Staff are very attentive and happy.

Lovely restaurant in a great location on Mertasari beach serving excellent food! My family and I went to Surya Lagoon Restaurant while they were on holiday in Bali. While on a morning walk, I had stopped to check the menu, and upon realising there was a mixture of Indonesian and Western food, we decided to meet up there with friends for dinner. The restaurant is located right on the beach front with extensive parking at the front. The facilities are brilliant, and watching the kites on the beach in the evening while having your dinner is a real treat. The menu is fantastic, an extremely good mixture of Indonesian and Western food, so there are options for everyone. All of the food was delicious when we had dinner there, and we decided to go back a second time! The staff are also all exceptional, lovely people. Service is brilliant and they are very attentive. I will definitely be returning here, and would definitely recommend Surya Lagoon Restaurant to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Sanur

I would give this place 5 stars just for the location, relaxing in the evening watching the kite flying , perfect . Add in the excellent service and reasonable prices and you are on a winner
